If you were using a discount coupon, make sure that it's still valid. Alternatively, your bank may have declined the payment. When we submit a charge to your bank, they use automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account and are constantly changing.
We've learned that there are 3 ways that you can solve the issue:
- Calling your bank and manually approving the charge before trying again
- Trying a different card
- Trying again a little later
